ALMOND

From the world itself, it takes the appearance of an actual almond. This shape is best for lengthening nails and hands. It also suits long and thin nail beds. This one is quite similar to the oval-shaped one but is more pointed at the top.

ROUND

This shape is a subtle design but works best for short nails and hands. It makes the nail bed look wider. This shape is naturally curved but has a flat tip. Very easy to maintain and the safest style to pull off.

SQUARE

This shape is one of the most popular nail designs. The square outline is perfect for long fingers and nail beds. To achieve this style, trim your nails, use a nail filer (make sure it’s smooth at the edges), and shape them flat across.

SQUOVAL

A lot of people say that this is the most universally flattering nail shape since it suits all nail shapes and sizes. It has a softer edge compared to the square-shaped one.

STILETTO

The goal of this nail shape is to elongate short fingers and to give that fiercer and stronger look. Celebrities like Rihanna definitely can pull this style off. Every. Single. Time. This style has very long and pointed dramatic tips.

COFFIN

One of the more dramatic nail-shapes too. This one is similar to the ballerina but has softer edges. This design is also to lengthen short fingers and hands. To achieve this, you need to have long, slender nails.
